The Chemical Brothers Return To London For the Coveted SW4 Festival

There's not many weekends we look forward to here at Last.fm as much as the UK August Bank Holiday weekend; the weekend that plays host to the legendary South West Four Festival. Year in, year out SW4 delivers the sort of lineups you'll struggle to find elsewhere; bringing together vast corners of the electronic/dance music spectrum for one sprawling, messy, yet ultimately triumphant weekender.

The weeks leading up to SW4's headliner announcements are always full of tease and hype. And so we have it; after weeks of rumours, speculation and non-stop anticipation, The Chemical Brothers have announced that they will be taking the reigns as Sunday headliners; closing out the weekend in true style.

It will be the duo's first outdoor performance in their home city in over half a decade and will mark their biggest headline performance taking place in London this summer. A further thirty acts will join them on the day with Sven Vath, Sasha, Booka Shade Live, Joseph Capriati, Recondite Live and Hunter/Game Live announced so far.

RSVP on Last.fm

Pre-sale tickets for SW4 will be released this Wednesday 27th January at 9am. These will be available for 48 hours to all those who have registered via www.thechemicalbrotherslondon2016.com. Tickets will then go on general sale on Friday 29th January at 9am at an increased price.
