"Not So Sweet Martha Lorraine" is a song written by Country Joe McDonald and recorded by his psychedelic rock group Country Joe & the Fish for their 1967 debut album "Electric Music for the Mind and Body". Released as a single a month prior to the release of the album, the song was to be the only Country Joe & the Fish single to chart, peaking at number 98 on the US Billboard Hot 100.
