Wet Willie is a Mobile, Alabama based band. Lead singer Jimmy Hall and his sister singing back up vocals are accompanied by Ricky Hersh on lead guitar. Most used horn section was the Hurricane Horns. Their music has been called blues, funky blues, blues with a twist, and other names always associated with the blues. Jimmy Hall himself has referred to songs as Greasy Ham Bone Blues. Jimmy is currently fronting a band out of Nashville called Deep South featuring the drummer from Lynard Skinard and other outstanding musicians from predominant bands of the same error.
