PFR is one of those rare blends of talent that set them near the top of my all time favorites. Yes they have a lot if Beatles influence but it's the way the use that to create such diverse and beautiful melodies with amazing harmonies and dynamics. If they had not had the stigma the 90s gave Christian bands they could have easily been a popular band in mainstream radio. Musical talent like this transcends genre. I listen to this band probably more often than any in my 40 years of buying music. I truly wish they could reunite for another album or two. Thanks FM for leading me here to hear from other fans. Joel, Patrick and Andrew. WE MISS YOU SO!!

I remember when my girlfriend stumbled upon Late Great PFR and let me listen to it. OMGosh!!! I was amazed how much the sounded like the Beatles. I was really impressed how talented they truly are. There harmonies, tonality, orchestrations, and lyrics really made their tracks fun to sing to and really catchy songs of faith. Amazingly talented trio of Minnesotans. However, I was truly saddened when she told me they their individual ships have come in and they were singin' solo. I must've played that cd into the wall. Then more bad news....after discovering and downloading ITunes and that same album, I decided to investigated PFR in depth. Dang it! Missed their reunion tour last Fall. I would have flown from Cali to have seen them perform. Please Please, please lads play again!!! I'll even pay you guys to fly out to Cali and to perform out here. I truly hope that they play again. Miss your website - you guys are amazing!!! Please perform again - I'll pay for your expenses!!!

I saw them at their Minneapolis show in January 2012. It was a great time and they released it as a Live album. I'm hoping they'll go out and do more shows and maybe even try to put together another album of new songs. Here's a link to buy the live album: http://pfr.spinshop.com/ Enjoy!

Still a joy to listen to years later. These guys are probably one of my favorite bands of all time, along with Audio A.
