I can't imagine how many incredible bands like Perfume Tree go undiscovered and unappreciated. (2)

v I think they are discovered and appreciated, just not as much as you'd like them to be. The way I see it: If an artist appreciates his or her own art, then that is true success. Set popularity aside.

I will forever have an undying love for them. Perfume Tree has taken me through some of the roughest stuff I have been through so far in life, and the memory attached to each song will never be lost. Ever beautiful, and ever haunting...

I'm hearing "Dust", and unless the other albums were compleatly different, this is for sure NOT trip hop

Dust is the only album I have own where I am in passionate love with everyone song. It is a pure and utter masterpiece in every sense of the word.

I love the subversive, lo-fi atmosphere of Bruce (it's an unlisted outro on Remote). Somehow the wind bells manage to make what's definitely the most creepy song on that EP. When you thought it's over, Bruce Turpin "phones" you and says: Hey, it's me, Bruce. I'm just realigning my chakra and balancing my veins (I have doubts regarding 'veins' though). And then he ends as fast as he "called", with the disturbing sound of the wind bells leaving a scar on your mind.

This band is so underrated... They should be up there with the best trip-hop bands.
