Seems like they're not active anymore, but some members are involved in acts like Deathsiege and Venomous Skeleton, which I strongly recommend.

v It seems you're more into 'bestial' black/death, in which case doomy death metal may seem boring to you. Transformation really is pretty damn solid, but at the end of the day it depends what you're looking for.

This grinding riffs are revering bow before Celtic Frost. Like the evil vibe.

Transformation is an occult death metal masterpiece, and easily one of 2011's best [2]

Somehow reminds me of old Paradise Lost material. That can't be a bad thing, so I'm digging this.

I'm going the opposite direction, it's getter closer and closer to album of the year material. It's a lot more than simply old school death metal. There is so much more going on, can't you hear it? Even the simple things like the lack of gain on guitars makes such a huge difference, this really shows their songwriting rather than layering it in effects and drowning everything into a layered mould of Incantation worship. Plus half the riffs on this record are Blessed/Covenant era Morbid Angel, so I'm not complaining.

Definitely not album of the year material. Again, it's not a bad record, but nothing out of the ordinary.
