Yeah! I see you've had a Depeche Mode glut. Any tracks by them you particularly like?

Pretty much every track on violator I love. Black celebration has some really good songs like fly on the windshield. Lie to me and condemnation are great songs.

I'm not really sure what you meant by flavor so I just listed all the Japanese music I like. I guess the flavor would be sushi and ramen? I'm also really craving post-punk so I'd love some recommendations.

Hey! We don't talk much these day's but I stumbled upon this sexy early 90's sample track recently and it made me think of you, and things I like from the 90's - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ax9THGwteYA Also, Mikey told me that he think you originally shared Puro Instinct with him before and I re-discovered them recently in a big way..love their music now! I wonder why you never shared them with me? Also, damn they are hot!

Love an autumn stew me. Especially with hubbard squash or red kuri squash (? we call it Hokkaido where I live) minced meat, potatoes, carrots, leek, parsnips & sweet potatoes.

It's Ruth Gordon, from Harold and Maude (1971), my favorite movie, but yes, she's also my mum.

While I appreciate his later 'difficult' stuff for pure listening pleasure Scott 3 and Scott 4 kick 'em into a rusty bucket.

in the last days i've mostly been listening to female singers, but I also like male singers, as Brendan Perry and Nick Cave

Two great singers. If you like Brendan Perry checkout Scott Walker if you haven't already.

Hi(gh). I see you're listening to that Cukoo album. I thought it was a nice concept.

Yeah the concept is fun and well realised. What do you think of the Toitoitoi LP?

It's a good album. Holds some sort of middle ground between the three main acts (BP, TAC and TFG) on the label and it scratches the itch just fine. Not too big a fan of some of the vocal samples, I think those are more effective when they're in British, the German doesn't do much for me. It's no 'Other Channels', but I like it and have been relistening already a couple times.

It's pure gold. I'd say "Children of Alice" is already my favorite hauntological release after "Investigate Witch Cults of the Radio Age" wich is one of my essential albums at all times. And while IWCotRA is more immediate and easy to get in, the CoA is much more of a down the rabbit hole thing. It takes more from listener, but in return it gives some really magical moments. In one word it's a genuine trip.
