I like this band, but I kinda wish that trucks would do an instrumental solo album like Soul Serenade again.

This band makes absolutely gorgeous music. Tedeschi and Trucks have such good guitar playing harmony. Also, Susan's voice is great, reminds me a lot of Bonnie Raitt.

I'm still kicking myself for missing their show in Virginia Beach last year. With Hot Tuna and the Wood Brothers, no less! Ugh!

Somebody on here below said they prefer Susan's solo work. I would like Susan's solo work on my lap right 'bout now. (;

was at their concert in Berlin. Perfection. fat sound, big voice(s). Worth to be there every second. Great respect to Susan: in most of the songs not only that incredible voice - playing leadguitar! Concert ended with "The Storm" as kind of final blowoff - can´t get the riff out my head since that!

I'm surprised that these guys don't have more listeners. Also, saw them at the Newport Jazz Fest. Absolutely amazing. Seen them twice and intend to do it again.

I wouldn't exactly call Revelator a "blues album", but it sure is awesome anyway. And Everybody's Talkin' is probably even better! Not only some of the best tracks on the previous on get terrific longer live versions, but the covers selection is one of the most impressive ever. I especially love how they master Darling Be Home Soon and the title track, two masterpieces by 2 of the most brilliant and underrated singer-songwriters the US ever had: John Sebastian and Fred Neil.
