keyboard player Roger LaVern was on a channel 4 documentary on 25/5/2011 called 24hrs in A&E .. don't worry he was ok he chatted to a doctor about the band timeless :) he is one cool dude bet he has a Joe Meek story or two

Such a terrific sound & selection. Being in the band in school, many really got into these famous instrumentals. And with the space race, everyone was looking to the Heavens & wondering what was out there besides God. A great 'baby boomer' walk down memory lane. God bless~!

ha that's kinda funny. Wikipedia says The Tornadoes temporarily changed their name because they were confused with The Tornados. But it also says The Tornados were credited sometimes as The Tornadoes in the U.S. lol that's confusing. Yup, and it's cool finding out that Panda Bear took samples from here and then listening. huh this musical history is interesting
